Clients can choose from one to two-bedroom flat or with loft units, and three-bedroom loft units.  The condo hotel units range from 26.5 to 52.20 sqm.  Prices range from Php1.3 to 2.8 million.  These are first tier prices, the lowest at which these units will be offered.
